that's right...I didn't receive any but it was confirmed to a lot of people on beckett.

去了解一下後才發現這活動是:
1.美國居民才行
2.須使用EBAY聯名卡

看來就是主要要推銷eBay聯名卡~
建議中國信託也去跟他們聯名一下好了~

我收到的信不需要聯名卡喔
也不用美國居民喔
只要求要用paypal付
跟要在2月底以前付.....

據小弟了解
是要透過EBAY聯名卡來使用PAYPAL
昨天連結他的廣告去申請
才發現回饋美金10元有限制
所以他的廣告內容~~很模糊
就如同前次EBAY的抽獎活動
也是EMAIL給我
但就是要美國居民才行
無法INTERNATIONAL
